Meet your instructor for your favorite class! Mrs. B is one of the ownership team at Family Strong. She provides a soft, welcoming, and loving environment while also honoring the energy every little one brings to the mats, while specializing in teaching our 18-month – 4-year-old friends, Adaptive SKILLZ students who need one-on-one instruction, as well as our adult Yoga and Guided Meditation Classes. Participants are encouraged to wear whatever clothing feels most comfortable to them. Whether it is pajamas, casual attire, or workout clothing, the most important consideration is choosing comfortable, non-restrictive clothing that allows for relaxation and ease of movement without distraction.
In guided meditation, comfort is essential to fully experiencing the benefits of the practice. Participants are welcome to choose the position that feels most comfortable for them, whether seated with hands resting comfortably, lying down, or sitting in a folding chair. To help create a relaxing and supportive environment, Mrs. B is happy to provide blankets, chairs, and eye pillows upon request.
Mrs. B will guide participants through breathing techniques during each class to support relaxation, mindfulness, and overall well-being.
