THE EXTREME SKILLZ PROGRAM WAS DESIGNED WITH THE NEEDS & ABILITIES OF TWEENS AND TEENS IN MIND
Students between the ages of 10- 14 years old are incredibly capable. They are intelligent, physically skilled, and often eager to take on new challenges.
At the same time, these years can bring increasing social pressure and self-consciousness, making it harder for students to stay confident, focused, and emotionally driven when challenges arise. Our teen martial arts program helps students build resilience, self-discipline, and confidence so they can stay motivated, push through obstacles, and continue growing both on and off the mat.

ANY OF THESE TROUBLES?
You’re struggling to find something to do with your teen that appeals to you, too.
Your teen spends too much time inside and not enough outside getting exercise.
You worry that your teen lacks self-esteem and want to improve your self-esteem, too.
Physical Development
Kids between 10 and 14 typically have great technique and agility, but they can be lazy which leads to sloppiness.
We expect them to initially be sloppy on things that are easy physically.
The goal of our program is to get them to understand their potential if they pay attention to intricate details. We normally bypass the basics elements of physical development and jump right into complicated details.
Intellectual Development
Tweens and teens are extremely smart. Their critical thinking skills are top notch, but their decision-making skills are typically the exact opposite, and that is why most adults treat them as a child.
We expect them to initially make choices that are easy as compared to applying thought and effort.
The goal of our program is to get them to see the bigger picture and apply their intellect.
RESULTS AND GROWTH WITH EVERY CLASS!
Extreme + Family SKILLZ classes offer teens and adults a way to spend quality time together and get their exercise, too. You and your teen will learn at an appropriate level, but you’ll be learning the same basic skills. That means you can cheer one another on while also burning calories, relieving stress, and learning valuable lessons that apply to all areas of life.
Emotional Development
Thanks to science, kids at this stage of development are typically all over the emotional spectrum. This is more prominent in boys than girls.
We expect their efforts to be based on what they think is cool.
The goal of our program is to help them apply intrinsic motivation and realize their true potential. Our goal is to help them improve their decision-making skills with drills that challenge their reaction time.
