Meg and Alex welcome every family as if it is their own and always put the health and wellness of the kiddos first. I highly recommend Family Strong Sussex for many reasons. Family Strong Sussex does not only teach taekwondo, they teach many life skills such as intellectual, social, emotional and physical stages of growth and development. My daughter (7) has been with the Family Strong Sussex family for about a year and a half and has grown so much. They taught her respect, discipline and most importantly confidence. The level of confidence, growth and maturity that she has obtained through Family Strong is amazing. The instructors are not just instructors, they make you feel like family. We absolutely LOVE coming to Family Strong Sussex! As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted by smiling faces and a PILSUNG! You aren't made to feel like just another customer...you are family here. ? We have tried other martial arts studios before and they just never felt like a good fit for us. We always felt like just another number in the door. However, that is not the case when you come to Family Strong Sussex. We have been here for over a year now and have seen amazing changes in our child as well as the many others that attend. Our child has more confidence, courage, better listening skills, better focus and so much more because of Mr. and Mrs. Klettke. We truly can't say enough good things about the Klettke family and we are so happy we took another chance with Tae Kwon Do. They are truly amazing!

Family Strong Sussex maintains a structured, organized, and enjoyable environment for students of all ages to learn Taekwondo. The instructors are knowledgeable and the training is professional. Expectations are clear, class time is well-utilized, and safety is maintained during lessons. All ages and skill levels are accommodated. Performance standards are clear and belts must be earned. My child has been training here since 2018 and loves it. I highly recommend Family Strong Sussex.

I am a father of four (4) girls and very overly protected of their lives. When my daughter, Emily wanted to tryout Tae Kwan Do, I was quite a bit skeptic as she didn't have much confidence, drive, or physical skills to do martial arts, so when we came to Family Strong Sussex, I was even more skeptical as to what they can do to help my daughter Emily. After two years attending Family Strong Sussex, Alex and Meg Klettke, have not only help Emily's self esteem, and strength, but also provided a truly family atmosphere with all the members. I don't think if we didn't come to Family Strong Sussex,, Emily and now our eldest daughter Grace would have the success and self esteem as what they have today, as they have seen that they can conquer everything that comes their way and know that even failure can only strengthen your core! I am so blessed to have gotten to know Alex and Meg, and their two sons, as they have not only help my daughters but also help me with my PTSD, as they are not just my daughter's instructors, but also a friends and for the most part like family to us! If you or someone you know/love has trouble with their self esteem, has physical limitations, and/or just want to try out martial arts in general, I highly recommend contact Alex & Meg at Family Strong Sussex as your choice going with them would be the best & right choice!
